If you need to be seen urgently please telephone the practice for advice. A limited number of daily emergency appointments are available for those patients who regularly attend the practice. Same day emergency appointments are available on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Please telephone the practice as early as possible to secure an appointment.

Outside of normal surgery hours if you require urgent dental care please telephone 111.

Our telephone lines open at 8.30 each morning. If you have made an appointment which you subsequently find you cannot keep, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can use this appointment for the benefit of another patient.

Missing appointments wastes time and resources. We reserve the right not to offer further appointments to patients who miss their appointment without notice.

Please arrive in good time for your appointment. Patients who arrive late for their appointments may not be able to be seen and have to reschedule.

Please also try and be understanding if your dentist is running late. Sometimes treatment takes longer than anticipated and we can run behind schedule. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as it could be you that needs a little extra time one day.
